We appreciate that you may change your mind about ordering our Products and you certainly have the right to do so at any time before you receive the products you ordered. Simply email post@nomadandnest.co.uk typing ‘Cancellation of My Order' in the Subject header.

Late Cancellations - If we have already dispatched your Order we’d like you to return all the Products in that order within 14 working days of receipt of delivery at your own cost to receive a full refund.  All we ask is that you must take care of the Nomad & Nest Product while it is in your possession and all Products must be returned in perfect unused condition with their original packaging and labels.  Unfortunately we cant refund you if you do not do this.
