There is only one delivery charge regardless of size of order.
We lovingly produce our Products in batches not high volumes. We try to keep a little bit of everything in stock however sometimes we may just run out. If this happens we will let you know straight away and give you an expected despatch date. As many of our Products are handmade this can take up to 14 days but we can guarantee it will be freshly made just for you!
2 to 5 working days for Products in Stock - When the Products you order are in stock we aim to dispatch immediately and you should receive your order within 2- 5 working days (excluding our ‘Made to Order Upholstery’ Products) from receipt of your order; however we are not always able to guarantee this.
14 working days for Products Out of Stock - If the Products you order become out of stock at the time when we receive your order, we will inform you immediately and we will give you an estimated dispatch date. As many of our Products are handmade, out of stock Products may take up to 14 days to produce, dispatch and be received by you.
Busy times - We recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of the year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays. We will contact you immediately if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your Nomad & Nest Products.
Signed For Deliveries – We want to make sure your Order is delivered to ‘you’ so we only deliver orders to the delivery address you give us (U.K). To make doubly sure we are unable to fulfil requests to leave deliveries with a neighbour or similar requests. For overseas orders we only deliver to your invoice address. All deliveries must be signed-for at the delivery address you provide to us as part of your order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.

How we post - Parcels will be sent by recorded or special delivery so you will need to sign for your delivery.
