We send out the first exchanged Product free of charge.  Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at our standard delivery rate.

Delivery lead times - If your Product is being exchanged, it will be dispatched within 2-5 working days (in stock) or 14 working days (out of stock) of us receiving your return as long as and we are satisfied with the condition the order is returned to us. If we are out of stock of your replacement order we will let you know straight away and give you an expected despatch date. As many of our items are handmade this can take up to 14 days.

How we post - Parcels will be sent by recorded or special delivery so you will need to sign for your delivery with the exception of Companion Fobs which are sent by ordinary post.

Exceptions - Sale items purchased during a sale can only be exchanged during the ‘sale period’. Note that sale items are refundable only if returned within seven working days of receipt.
