It’s our business to make sure that our Products will arrive in perfect condition.  It’s also our business to be ‘fair’ so if you are in any way unhappy with your goods we will refund or replace your goods as long as they are returned to us within 14 working days from receipt and not the standard 7 days ‘Cooling Off Period’ that applies to U.K law. Any Products returned to Nomad & Nest after the 14 working day period may be returned back to you the customer and you will be charged in full for the goods and delivery.

Decoration not defects! - Please note that many of our products are designed to include what we call ‘purposeful flaws’ into the design such as scars, holes, scuff marks and scratches, all blemishes and our signature raw edges. These are not defects but part of the unique charactor of the Nomad & Nest brand. You can view close-ups and examples of a variety of our ‘purposeful flaws’ by using our magnifying tool when looking at products in our online store.  If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us and we can tell you more.  Remember, no two Products we create are the same! 

Returns & Remedies
We are passionate about our Products and we pay particular attention to design detail. In the exceptional circumstances your returned Product is found to be faulty we will remedy the problem in the first instance.  If we can not remedy the problem we will offer to replace your Product or give you a full refund.

Return in Perfect Condition - Please make sure you post the Products in perfect unused condition with all their original packaging to our Cardiff address. Please make sure you fill in our Returns form telling us why you are returning your goods.

Proof of Posting - Please note you will need to pay for return postage and retain the proof of posting from your shipper. We recommend you send your goods by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

In the exceptional circumstances that your returned Product is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage once we have received the goods.
