We try to keep a little bit of everything in stock, however sometimes we just simply run out. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an expected despatch date.
Made to order upholstery
All upholstered furniture is made to order and therefore we like to chat through your requirements over the phone or in person to make sure you are 110% happy with your order. We offer a free swatch service to help you decide on the right colour and hide. As these items are made to your personal requirements we do require a 50% deposit on placing the order and the remainder to be paid 7 clear working days prior to delivery.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or returns on made to order upholstery (see Returns). Deposits on cancelled orders are non-refundable.
