Made to Order

Made to order upholstery
All upholstered furniture is made to order and therefore we like to chat through your requirements over the phone or in person to make sure you are 110% happy with your order. We offer a free swatch service to help you decide on the right colour and hide. As these items are made to your personal requirements we do require a 50% deposit on placing the order and the remainder to be paid 7 clear working days prior to delivery.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or returns on made to order upholstery (see Returns). Deposits on cancelled orders are non-refundable.

Will it fit?
Before placing your order please check dimensions of all access routes including gardens, doorways, corridors, lifts, ceiling heights and any awkward turning points. Please allow plenty of room to ensure your furniture will easily fit. 

It is your responsibility to ensure your furniture will fit and items will not be refunded if they do not fit.
