Refunds & returns
We are confident that our products will arrive in perfect condition however if you are in any way unhappy with your goods we will refund or replace your goods as long as they are returned to us within 14 days from receipt.

Please make sure you post the goods unused with all their original packaging to our Cardiff address below. Please can you also fill in our Returns form telling us why you are returning your goods.

Please note you will need to pay for return postage and retain the proof of posting from your shipper. We recommend you send your goods by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. In the exceptional circumstances that your item is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage once we have received the goods.

Made to Order
Products that are made to order can not be returned or refunded unless they are defective or have been damaged in transit. Any item that is defective for any other reason such as accidental damage, abuse or misuse is non returnable.

Purposeful Flaws
Please note that many of our products are designed to include purposeful flaws into the design such as scars, holes, scuff marks and scratches and any blemish we decide to include. These are not defects but part of the unique charactor of the Nomad & Nest brand. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

No two the same
All products are individually handmade therefore no two products are the same. The photos on the website are representitive of the kind of product you will receive therefore natural markings, blemishes and purposeful flaws will vary from each product.
